The 'pollution-free' family housing project is located at the heart of Cardiff. The use of plants, algae and moss create a healthier breathing atmosphere on site and when grown in specific environments, can thrive and grow all over the city. The site itself is overlooked on three out of four sides, therefore a similar stragegy to the Hilltop Towns in Italy has been adapted.
